Sin Reembolsos ni Cambios / No Refunds or Exchanges
Todas las ventas son finales. No aceptamos devoluciones ni cambios en extensiones de cabello una vez que el empaque ha sido abierto, por razones de higiene.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once the package has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
Servicios No Reembolsables / Non-Refundable Services
Los depósitos de reserva no son reembolsables. Los servicios completados no son elegibles para reembolso. Si no estás satisfecha con tu servicio, comunícalo antes de salir del salón.
Booking deposits are non-refundable. Completed services are not eligible for refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please communicate this before leaving the salon.
Producto Dañado o Defectuoso / Damaged or Defective Product
Si tu pedido llega dañado o defectuoso, contáctanos dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrega. Evaluaremos cada caso individualmente.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Special hair orders (custom lengths, colors, or quantities) are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, as the hair was prepared specifically for you.
